Employer Based Training

A flexible course that enables students to acquire practical skills with a host company in a skill area of their choice. The course is a combination of on-the-job & in-centre training. The EBT co-ordinator will support both student & employer.

Information Technology & Business Studies

This programme is designed to provide students with the skills, attitudes and practical experience necessary to obtain employment in Information Technology, administrative or related fields, either as self-employed, working from home or with a company. It is a flexible course that enables students to experience learning through a blended approach, e.g. classroom, and work environment. Students will have the option of completing a Major Award at Level 5 in Business Studies.

Jobstart

This flexible course will provide students with the opportunity to develop essential introductory level skills, knowledge and competencies both in the centre and work environment. This will enable them to progress to further training/ education or directly to employment.

Prospects

This course will equip students with Asperger’s Syndrome or High Functioning Autism with essential strategies & techniques to enable them to enhance their quality of life. Based around an individualised training programme, students will be supported in making meaningful choices around their own lives & future training/education or employment options.
