Access
Equips students with foundation level personal, social & work related skills that will enable them to progress to greater levels of independence & participation in their communities.
Employer Based Training
A flexible course that enables students to acquire practical skills with a host company in a skill area of their choice. The course is a combination of on-the-job & in-centre training. The EBT co-ordinator will support both student & employer.
Horticulture
This FETAC Level 4 Programme will provide students with the opportunity to develop the skills and knowledge required to pursue a career of choice in the horticulture industry. The first year of the programme will concentrate on modules designed to give you a solid foundation in horticulture skills, while year 2 will facilitate you in specialising in a preferred area such as Landscape/Garden Maintenance, Garden Centre Operations, Nursery Operations, Market Gardening or Turf Maintenance.
IT & Business Studies
A flexible programme providing students with the opportunity to achieve Information Technology and Business Administration qualifications. This programme combines centre-based learning with home-based learning and work experience, where students are provided with the necessary information technology, office and personal effectiveness skills to obtain and retain employment or move on to further education. This is supported by home visits, online tutorials and centre based training. All equipment is supplied on loan to the students.
Re Nua
This programme aims to support individuals through mental health difficulties to develop the skills necessary to progress to greater levels of independence and participation within the community, workplace and society. This is achieved through organised activities, practical work skills and extensive use of facilities in the community.
Transition
Designed to meet the needs of a wide range of students with additional support who wish to explore various vocational skills in real working environments & to develop personal & social skills.
Tus Nua
Provides students with the opportunity for personal development & vocational exploration. Students are facilitated in making decisions regarding future opportunities in their personal & professional lives.
